CORGI engineer wanted- Guildford

Hiya all,

Buying a house at the moment at the survey has come back recommending I get an engineer to look at the hot/cold water system before exchanging contracts

Basically the house has an immersion/water jacket, and then also has a combination boiler in the loft.. which is slightly unusual, so it would be useful to know what the thot/cold water system in the house is exactly and whether there are any concerns with it.

Am in the Guilford area and wondered if any of you know any reputable people who could look at this for me?
