Places to avoid in Norfolk/Suffolk

Am toying with the idea of moving from Kent to become mortgage free. Norfolk/Suffolk area seems favourite in terms of value for money/area but not knowing the area what are the places to avoid.

Need good local schools.

Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Within 3 miles of Nervy's house, Southwold (only on cost and 50%+ are 2nd homes type grounds)

Depends on what you are looking for, ie City, Town or County life.

You might like to look at Loddon as I hear the schools there aren't bad.

If your interested in a 4 bed in the middle of the countryside, acre paddock at about £340k you might like to let me know... will del this bit if any mods think i should

suffolk is great - my folks live in Norton nr bury st edmunds A number of good villages ther close to the a14 and near enough to bury for te shops etc check out norton, and surrounds - also stowmarket - good trains to london

KINGS LYNN it's a pit steer well clear. Unless of course you like mobile phone shops and chavs coz that all we have here.
Oh and Wisbech, it's a meet lucy she's my sister and my mum type place. They all have webbed feet.
