Hi can anyone help ?

back in June I ordered some stickers for the car of off of a seller on Ebay ,I bought them on a buy it now option as I only had 10 days before we departed to Le Mans needless to say despite me informing the seller that i needed them before the 16th of June they never turned up :(

here is a copy of the emails that have gone back and forth they are in reverse order :)


You have a cheek mate, why should I refund you money when I have sent the decals and am out of pocket if I return your money. The sensible thing for you to have done is to have ordered what you wanted with plenty of time before your trip. I have no proof that you haven't got the decals, for all I know you might be telling me porky pies. Ebay rules state that if YOU BID , YOU BUY. Why would I not tell the truth, I have 425 positive feedbacks to back up my genuineness. I bent over backwards to get that decal out to you in time, and this is the thanks I get!!!!!


By the way, the reason for the miss information I supplied you was because I ran out of material and was waiting for delivery of some more. thats why I told you I couldn't deliver in time. I then found some spare which was just enough to complete your order so I sent it wednesday first class (Paid extra) to get to you for the thursday. Have you checked with your neighbours yet?

These decals havent turned up Neil.


I find it hard to believe that you would have posted them out after I told you not to bother.As you miss informed me before on the 11th of June and stated that they had already been sent on the 10th of June, I am starting to beleve that you might not be telling the truth yet again and feel that my £13 would be better in your pocket than mine. I would agree with you if you could have supplied the goods that I wanted in time for what I wanted them for, but as you couldnt its time for you to admit defeat and refund me my cash

That's no good to us - as I said we're off on holiday tomorrow, going to Le Mans which is what the numbers were for, so we can't use them now. Could we please cancel the sale. If you're happy with this and can refund the payment through paypal, we won't put any feedback on Ebay.

Hi Neil,

The decals haven't turned up yet - just getting a bit concerned as we are going away early Thurs morning and they were for our trip.
Are they logged at Royal Mail to find out where they are. If they don't arrive tomorrow they're a bit useless to us. Appreciate it if there is a way of finding out.

I believed him, and sent him another pair F.O.C.

Two weeks later he contacted me to say the ORIGINAL pair had JUST arrived, so I told him to keep them for being so honest.......

Not everybody is a rip off merchant thankfully......
