Ive seen a real gt350 but not a 500 yet... one day I will have me a replica from the company in the states that makes the replicas of the movie car

Also my dad used to own a '67 fastback so thats a bit of an influence.

i know what you mean! i know its not a real one but still, nice enough car.

just like the yellow 355 in the rock, i was praying so much it wasnt a real one, from the way the body came off the thing i dont think it was, unless the bodies are one piece fibre glass i hope

however, the difference was that while an amazon can be a nice car, that particular one was a shed IIRC wheras elenor was a beutifle looking example of the breed (even if it was a fake!)

It's not even an exact replica of a GT500. The company that made it added a few touches of their own. Now there is a company in the US that makes an exact replica of the film car but it is a very, very good with some lovely engineering touches. In some guises this car has over 700bhp.
