Just seen the 9 pm sky news weather certian the weather guy was pissed

A couple of years back on a live broadcast, he said "and it's pissing down in Glasgow"

After he finished the weather I think he handed back to Viv Creegor who looking rather sheepish said "emm, thankyou Francis, I think"
