MiniSD card delivered by weekend?

Hi all,

I have ordered a 1GB MiniSD card for my phone from Expansys, have just checked order status and it has gone from "in stock" when I ordered it last Monday to "18 days" or something.

As I need it for a long flight next weekend for watching a few movies (honeymoon :D) I need it before then. Loads on ebay but all quoting a couple of weeks.

Please somebody let me know a supplier who can get it to me delivered by the weekend!?

I seriously doubt you'll be watching any movies on your phone on a flight. Unless you fancy being arrested.

www.scan.co.uk should be able to supply you by the weekend but they only have 512Mb SD cards

I used www.valuemedia.co.uk/ and got an SD card from them, and they do next day delivery.

Smart phones have a "flight mode" capability that turn off the phone functionality.

Already looked at scan, and valuemedia only seem to go up to 512MB.

Have just found a site recommended on modaco.co.uk called blueunplugged.com which looks a fairly good bet. Shame as the ebay ones are much, much cheaper if you can wait a couple of weeks.

I've heard stories like that too. One guy said that some numpty called the stewardess over in a fit of hysteria and insisted he switch the phone off before they all died horribly.

Last flight I was on I was told no mobiles even with flight mode off.
Ebuyer do next day delivery. Jusr had a 512 and 1GB card delivered, ordered Thur arrived Fri.
