Most definitley not on everything and He was totally incompetant during the miners strike and the three day week. He refused to acknowledge that or that the "Common Market" He had campaigned for was not what we got. A prat of the highest order thank u and good night!

Ted Heath had his faults, but was one of the better post war Tory leaders,his biggest mistake capitulating to the militant miners leaders Gormley and Scargill in the early 1970's, setting the tone for the 1984 strike.......

If only he had Thatcher's backbone.............

He led a full life,Prime Minister, MP for over FIFTY years, what with his music and sailing, did more than most people will ever dream about........
