Cut their goolies off!

I remember this from a classic "Not the 9oclock news" sketch. It was a suggestion for dealing with football hooligans. But it really would work, removal of goolies would:
a) reduce aggresion in the modern male
b) Prevent production of 5 kids who were all worse than their parents
c) Act as a serious deterent
I commend the idea to the house. A successfull trial on football hooligans could then be extended to yobs of all descriptions, and all the ills of this country could be cured within 1 generation. You know sometimes I think that perhaps im slightly too right wing......nah!
Additionly the incidence of blindness could be significantly reduced, saving the NHS millions.

Agree so much. I think the UK went down hill just after the BBC stopped using the words COMMON LAW WIFE.
And a what point was it no longer a stigma to be a BASTARD CHILD !!! Basically any child born to parents who are not married should be given special 'LOW GRADE' Status and denied access to basic human rights.
No offence intended to any Bastard Child here, but making sex before marriage a criminal offence might save the country a few quid in child benifit to the irreseponsible masses.

I have to disagree with you about the denying rights thing, i have lived in a foreign country with such laws. A child i knew was denied all forms of education because he could not produce a birth certificate. The poor boy will never have a future, at 14 years old he has no ability to read and no academic skills what so ever

Falling population is not so much a problem. It is better than breeding of a whole race of individuals who by their stupidity and true belief that the world owes them some form of benefit, bleed the honest taxpayer dry.
Eventually, when we are outnumbered 10 to 1, they will force us to work to earn money and pay ever more taxes to support their unquenchable thirst for free handouts.
They should certainly not be paid more for having more thickos to sign on the dole and hang round on street corners smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol that merely recycles their benefit and which provides no swelling of the tax coffers.
Sadly, far too many undeserving scumbags have children simply to get a house and then reproduce to increase their benefits.

As for castrating scousers. Well yes.
Luckily My user name reflects the nick name my scally mates used to call me as a teenager, and the day that I registered here a guy I used to know 20 years ago met me in the supermarket greeting me with : AlriteJackolahhhhhhhhhhh (all one word in a thick scouse accent.
Funny thing is I'm a direct decendent of a union between the daughter of a Former Director of Parks for the London Bourough of Bexley and the son of a Blackpool Secondary Modern Head Teacher, born in Manchester with a brummy accent, so my scouse rootes are fairly shallow.
Unfortunately castrating all of them scallies would leave the few factories that are left in dire need of unskilled theifs and thugs to make stuff for export.
Can't see why you object to my Great Grandparents view of the world. A world without morals is a dangerous place, and allowing people to pick and chose which one's are okay to ignore means that many people ignore them all. Relax some standards and all of them fall. Even the one's YOU want to keep.
