Just a thought, but if you were a Deferred Success London Bomber, you have a few problems this evening.

Obviously, you are joint 1st wanted criminal in the UK for the foreseeable future, but also your AlQ handlers will also be after you. They need you dead as you hold the identity of the handlers.

Quite simply - your mission is over - but you're still alive - and the people you are working for will now want you dead. however, the state that you hate - want you alive but jailed.

I think this scenario happenend a couple of years ago when the two british born bombers went to Isreal,one of the bombers was successful the other bombers device failed to detonate,his body was found on a beach a few days later and IIRC it looked like he had commited suicide.
So if you see four guys heading for Beachy Head.........
