• The Gallery - a display of viewers' art works and sketches shown to the fantastic xylophone/vibraphone accompaniment of a piece of music called Left Bank Two. The concept of The Gallery was adopted from an earlier program called Sketch Club (presented by Adrian Hill) where children would send their work in to the studio.

Whatever happened to the woman that used to present it? Tony Hart of course went on to do arty things, Morph and all that...
Incidentally, there's a book called 'The Rogers and Gillis Guide to ITC', which details every program shown on ITV for decades, cross-referencing cast to different shows etc.
So anal it makes Eric Mc look like Orinoco from the Wombles.
They also did a book about the Avengers, it was supposed to have a sequel but Gillis cancelled it.

My copy has the code "7243 8 52990 2 5" on the side.
Both volumes of The Sound Gallery contain some absolutely indispensable lounge lizard moments, perfect for jet age swingers everywhere.
