Bluetooth GPS discontecting when I close Tomtom 5

Hi,
I have a XDA IIi with Tomtom 5 and a bluetooth GPS. It all works fine but when I close Tomtom the bluetooth disconects. This means that I have to reconect it to run Tomtom again.

Any ideas how to fix this anoying problem.

I find that TT5 will automatically re-connect the BT connection to my GPS receiver... it takes a short while for it to happen tho...

What GPS receiver are you using?

Hi,
Not yet but it is tempting!!

It now works, I did what you said as it picks it up automaticly, which is great.

Now I just have to find a way of attaching it to the Morgan's dash so that I can fold it out of sight.
