Is there a place that is:

< 1 hour by train Euston, Kings X, Marylebone, or Liv St
2-3 beds for c. £225k
Countryside
Cheap insurance postcode
Ideally minimum chavs, pikeys and assorted other scumbags
Good shops
Detatched houses

Any ideas? Ta.

St Neots, Cambs
40 mins into Kings X
4 bed detached for 225k (new build)
Cheapish insurance
As with all places there are Chavs but not that many (Avoid Bedford and Huntingdon for that reason)
OK shops - Close to MK, P/borough and Cambridge
Lots of Detached houses
Tons of countryside all around.

Need to know anymore (where to look/avoid) let me know.

My choice would be from Chalfont St. Peter up the A413 to about Wendover, or North of Beaconsfield (Seer Green, Coleshill, Penn Street etc.) or up in Hertfordshire north of North Watford
