Looking likely that if the current Peace talks in China fail then North Korea will invade South Korea.

It'll probably go to the eleventh hour and then America will pull some more food aid out of its pocket.

N Korea is desperately poor with serious food shortages. It seems when things get bad there they threaten to test a nuclear bomb. The west then give them aid, to calm down.

Technically they are still at war so they would just be resuming it.

Should have finished the job the first time round, like we should have in Iraq the first time round, then we wouldn't be in this mess.

Indeed. Whilst the West still had the trust of the Iraqis. Instead, Bush snr pulls out and all of those who rose againt their masters were persecuted.
