the spokesperson is quoted as the following (the backdrop to this comment is viewing figures falling from 2.7m to 1.1m):

Whoever this person is they are not paid enough. If an airline employed them, they could say things like:

Top of the Pops has seen it's viewing figures plummet since it moved from Thursday's "Watch before EastEnders/Pub" slot to Friday's "Everyone with a social life is either out or getting ready" slot.

Scrapped due to PC.totp is a tired old formula that should have been killed off long ago, i used to quite like fearne until she hooked up with that complete tosser jarvis cocker wanabee from fame academy, thats enough to put you off anyone, i dont think the bbc were best pleased that theyre nice wholesome presenter was knocking off a bloke that made the boast "i did crack with some supermodels"

Help us foreigners out please - was Jarvis Cocker the result (or should I say fault?) of Fame Academy? I saw him on tv once, looked like he had a monkey stuffed up his butt. About as enthusiastic as wet cardboard and only half as interesting.

jarvis cocker is quite original and didn't need a tv programme to launch his career.
his only problem, like Neil Hannon, is that he sang about his experiences, and after 30-40 songs he ran out of material.
