Or the story I was told in an interview with a large mailshot company, where (allegedly) when their system went live several internal tests accidentally fired, one of which sent a letter to the top 10% richest people in the database commencing with the words "Dear Rich Bastard".

Ive worked somewhere thats sent some mail out to people with the surname White, but put Shite instead.

Had a rather amusing complaint letter to deal with.

Personally I'd have kept that! The guy who got sent it was 18 too, so he could have got away with the humour of it.

Imagine the look on shop assistant's faces!
