Whilst visiting Canada a few months ago I noticed the native Indians were known as ‘first nations people’ I think.

Hmmm. We've traced our family tree right back to the 14th Century and there's no real influence other than maybe a bit of Norman.

My surname, probably comes from bastardised Norse, it's tracable (from Cornwall) back through Ireland and Scotland. Apparently raped and pillaged our way down about 1200 years ago

Well it's possible that my forefathers ended up in Cornwall as long as 2,500 years ago
