Ty-wrap types

Sorry if this sounds a little thick;

I am looking for ty-wraps that have the small metal insert, locking tongue(?), in the head. I have been on the RS website and Maplin but cant really seem to get an answer.

I used them all the time when I was in the RAF and when I worked for a F3000 team, but cant remember where we got them from.

They are just like normal ty-wraps but with this metal insert in them, it seems to give a more positive lock.

Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.

RS do sell them, as do Wurth if you have access to one of their reps.

The new RS site has quite a few errors on it but they are in one of the five RS catalogues if you have them.

We use loads of them on the cars we build.

That doesn't help much so I wil lsee if I can dig some part numbers out for you later on.

Found them and ordered on line,
