New Scamera on the A2?

Londonbound towards the Blackwall tunnel(East Rochester Way). A new camera seems to have appeared overnight in the place where one was taken down a few months back (by the Bexley interchange).

anyone know when this went up as i only noticed it this morning. And i am now kacking it as i may have gone passed it a few times (at a slighty higher velocity) without knowing it was there. #
