This was sent to me via e-mail.
The second half of this message follows a con pattern; don't tell anyone and only contact him on his personal e-mail and give him some personal info such as your address.:sonar:
You would think that an e-mail address would be fairly low down on the list of contact details you'd dig up first if you really needed to find distant relatives.
I suspect an African prince will want his money laundered soon...:wobble:
Out of curiosity, what really happens when a real case like this occurs? I suppose there is some cut off in the insurance policy so that only immediate family qualify for anything?
Has anyone ever had a surprise windfall from a very distant relative's will or insurance policy?
:readit:
DEAR cymtriks,
My name is ZZZZZZ, attorney and personal friend of your deceased relation, Mr. BBBBBB, who died on the 13th of April 2000 with his entire family in an auto crash. Up till now none of his family members has come forward to make claim for payment of his life insurance policy in the sum of 3.8m USD.
The insurance company has requested that I furnish them the name of his known relatives hence this message. Please the only two determinant factor to the success of this transaction which must be respected at all cost is TRUST and CONFIDENTIALITY.
Kindly get back to me through my private e-mail : ZZZZZZ@SAFE-MAIL.NET for more details on this.Do not forget to include your confidential phone and fax numbers where i can reach you.

make up a false name, open up a fastemail or gmail account (they scrub your IP address) and tell him your interested, you can have lots of fun making them run around....
I've got one lad who thinks I've deposited the fee he asked for in a safety deposit box in a bank (that happens to be 100 miles away from where he is based in holland). My next move will be to post him a random key with full instructions on how to get the money
A 200 mile round trip and a few searching questions from the bank staff should piss him off,,
p.s. you can also set up a k7 voicemail account (free) to use as a phone number. Any messages are emailed to you as a .wav file
