How many emails do you get (excluding spam)?

I used to get 50-100 work related each day, but since learning the discipline of to delegation I reckon I get about 5 work related and a similar number of personal emails.

I don't get any work related mails. I would say 5 personals a week and about 70 crap ones a day.

I have just returned to work following a week off.

I had something in the order of 900 E-mails awaiting my attention.

10% spam, the rest were real mails.

I deleted everything up to 3 days previously, and then slogged through them.

I send/receive 15'000 emails a year. 90% are business related.

Including work related messenger messages and phone calls, individual communications run into the millions each year
