What a crap service its taken them a week to get me back up and running on a PC that was only ten weeks old.

PC World know bugger all and rely on their customers knowing even less.

A mate of mine recently bought a PC from them to use as a security system, video cameras plus motion detection software plus hard disk recording and remote access. Despite him telling them that the machine was going to be running Linux they apparently still followed him to the door on his way out trying to flog him a copy of Norton Internet Security...
