Restaurants in Verona

Any suggestions? Going this weekend. Been before but only remember the superb Ristorante Maffei next to Piazza Erbe, so have emailed them a reservation request for Friday night but need somewhere for Thursday and Saturday evenings.

Also any sights to see other than the usual? (amphitheatre, balcony, going up the tower on Piazza Erbe, did all that last time). Already have tickets for the opera on Saturday night.
