Things to do in Lincolnshire

I am taking the other half and kids away for a few days next week and wondered if anyone had any suggestions for things to do in Lincolnshire.
We are goind to stay just outside Mablethorpe, so need to stay reasonable close to there
Kids are 3 and 11-little one is a massive animal lover (so children's farms and stuff like that are good)
11yo likes to play a bit of golf, so if anyone knows of a pay and play (even just a little pitch and putt) nearby that would be great.
[small]PS I know all about Manby showground and am not taking the kids 4x4 driving or anything like that-besides which it looks like we are going to do the Harold Palin Memorial stages there next month

There a zillions of old WW2 airfields to snout around
oh and Chapel St Leonard is a nice place with a good beach!
