Don't you just hate it when someone who lives downwind of your house starts cooking. Especially when they clearly know how to cook real Indian food.
And tonight's dinner chez rude is scallops and salad; the necessary foil to a particularly fatboy lunch.
Boy could I kill those bloody curry-cooking gits right now

Pop in and ask to join them!
When I lived in sarf London I once visited my indian next door neighbours (having never ever met them before) to collect a parcel that had been left with them. Told my housemates I would be gone a few minutes. Returned 4 hours later, suitably stuffed with fantastic food! Very hospitable.

wow munky! I wish I had neighbours like that.
I had toulouse sausages and cous cous with some courgettes (sliced thinly lengthways) and brocolli fried lightly in a little olive oil with some coriander for my dinner tonight. I do really wish I knew how to cook Indian food though as I really love it but would like to cook it with ingredients of known provenance rather than buy it from takeaways!
