There is a rather more graphic version on the Z4um but I won't post it here as it may upset someone. Basically the Squirrrel made a tight fit into the front faring but had a nosebleed while doing it. The guys were on a route across Wales when it happened.

My cross country route to work usually has lots of roadkill on it. One night in my MX5, I was making progress when I encountered a group of birds feeding on the road. I was pretty sure most of them flew off before I got there but when I got to work I checked the air intake just to be sure. There was Mr Blackbird plastered to the radiator with wings outspread. I'm sure it was too quick to hurt. I pulled him free and left him on the grass verge, intending to dispose of him later. The local feral cats did the job for me as he was missing when I came out a while later.

I ran over a fox cub once, which ran out unexpectedly from the side of the road.

Had I been goinga bit slower, I might have got a pack of hounds and a couple of toffs on horseback as well.

I see your squirrel and raise you a Deer.

The deer was in the bumper for 25 miles before the driver noticed and survived unhurt.
