If this isn't trolling then my advice is to change the job, and find another one.

In my line of work I find all sorts of people moaning about conditions, bosses, people under them, where they are working etc. I always tell them, leave and find another job.

Ok, tact and diplomacy isn't my finest point however, why stay if you literally hate it. After all, you only get one go at life, so if you don't like it, change it. If you need more qualifications to try something else, hang on where you are, and get the qualifications.

If its any consolation I really like my job, I like the people I work with and find it very rewarding..... So, next time you're sat at your desk thinking about how much you hate your job/life, just think of me earning a decent enough wage doing something I love...
