This is just great... I love the way the nose dips badly and comes back up when stopping outside the dealership!

opened it in real player, I would quite like a 2.0 GLSi fastback in carmine red with grey velour trim...

125mph in one of those is quite scary

Had an SRi as a Company Car for a bit. What's amazing is that I ever then went on to buy Vauxhalls. It was irretrievably dreadful.

Whereas I rated the MkIII as a good, cheap, quality car. I now have a Mk1 Vectra (which is dreadful - except its cheap as chips and takes horrendous abuse uncomplainingly). A friend has the new Vectra. Chalk and cheese. High quality cheap motoring.

Funny manufacturer, Vauxhall. Alternately really good and truly dire. IMO the MkII wasn't their high point...
