None, as far as I'm aware. Not been to the Caymans, but I certainly checked up on required vaccinations when I went to Cuba, Barbados and St Lucia and there weren't any.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/spl/hi/health/03/travel_health/jab_map/html/default.stm

When I went round the Caribbean I had jabs - one was only tetnus as I was over due.

Buy jewels when your in the Caymans as its tax free. I wish I had bought more pieces than I did but I was running out of money and there was a big pissup the same night.

You can always phone your doctor and they will advise as well.

British Airways has walk-in health clinics in London. Might not be much use to you but their website:

www.britishairways.com/travel/healthclinintro/public/en_gb

has a section towards the bottom of that page that gives you immunisation guidelines for your destination.

Have a great time!

But don't forget your tax free limit for gifts when you get back to the UK/EU. Chances of being picked up are slim, but be aware of the risks.

That was the strangest thing...we flew back from Jamaica to Gatwick and the nothing to declare channel was empty - no guards, and the lights were off..we legged it through as we were over the limit on everything.

Now I would have thought that that would have been one channel that was manned.
