Is it my imagination, or do the leaves on the trees look extra special this year? I have to say, I think there is something wonderful about Autumnal colours - big wuss that I am!

He's been smokin' the autumn leaves, 2SBs.

I'd be scared if I was you mate:

All the leaves are brown and the sky is gray
I've been for a walk on a winter's day
I'd be safe and warm if I was in L.A.
California dreamin' on such a winter's day

I have had glass of red wine, I admit. However, my soberioty is not in question. Perhaps I'm in a strange minority who gets goosebumps at what nature treats us to at times.

...I'm only jealous, being colourblind I have no concept of what it is you are alluding to.

Steve finds himself strangely drawn to the autumnal, russet colours, and particularly the RUST HUES he sees about him

Thanks for sharing those holiday snaps, of your charming young friends,
but what is the colourative, to which they allude

I see your true colours
Shining through
I see your true colours
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Just show your true colours,
True colours, are beautiful

You with the sad eyes
Don't be discouraged
though I realize
It's hard to take courage,
In a world full of people
You can lose sight of it
And the darkness, inside you
Makes you feel so small

And see your true colours
Shining through
I see your true colours
that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
your true colours,
True colours are beautiful,
Oh Like a rainbow

Well I'll stick with my original assertion. I reckon the Autumn colours are more pronounced and I shall enjoy for the next week - before we go on our next holiday. When we get back I expect the trees will be leafless, the sky will be grey and everything will be gearing up for Christmas. October and November seem to show the best and worst of The UK.
