A boring thread this one, I'm afraid. I'll be completing on a house in Guildford soon, which is good. But it needs loads of work, which is bad.

Can anyone recommend a good, honest, reasonably priced electrician in the area? That perhaps has a brother who can install central heating? And a fit sister who is a plumber?

Workmen tend to go straight into rip-off mode as soon as they meet me, so any recommendations would be gratefully received.

Oh, and if this guy's cousin sells integrated washer/dryers that would be good.
