A bit of a shame that the membership did not have a chance to vote on him.

But I think his time had come and gone, The Tories should have elected him as leader in 2001, but that is the past and we must look to the future.

Well, Cameron is a shoe in for it now then ...

Fox, nah - davis will fade away and the Eton Boy will get the job ...

Whether he did a line or not.

I think it will come down to Davis vs Cameron.

Whether Cameron is a shoe in is another matter, a week can be very long time in politics, look at what happened at the conference to Davis.

Perhaps he can run for Lord Mayor Of London instead. Good place for has-beens.

This is very bad news. The conservative party is now an irrelavance again and will remain so for the foreseeable future, possibly as a result of the divide between rich and poor getting bigger leading to a complete lack of understanding of issues facing the great unwashed.

That reminds me. Maybe I should shower.

Phwaw!..L.A....You smell like a polecat!

Nonners, I think that many of the issues arising, are due to the American and American world bank insistance that the doors of world trade be "thrown wide open" throughout the world rather than being opened gradually.

Of course doing it this way allows rich American corporations to "pick up" the remnants of what's left for a song. Do we actually "own" anything of what's left in Britain anymore after our great "everything must go sale?.....

I am, like L.A. there...A member of the great unwashed... Hey! Maybe we could share a shower L.A. .......save water, y'know! You scrub my back, I'll scub yours eh?
