USB memory sticks - cheap from anywhere?

[m1spw]

I need a large capacity memory stick, at least 1GB, for transferring documents between PC's and home and school. Is there anywhere that does them reasonably cheaply? Amazon do 1GB drives from around £40, but someone might have found them somewhere cheaper?

i got a 1gb sdmmc card from ebay for 33 quid, cant get much lower than that, they piss me off though on the 12 quid delivery charge, which is blatently there way of getting some of the cost back when you win it for 2 quid, still cheaper though.

I have a very large capacity stick which I ordered in error.

It is an 8 GIG USB2 device, but we paid £250 for it yup I will have another one of those

Its yours for the same if you want it although I think we will end up getting stuck with it. Its brand new in the packet with drivers, neck chain, security guard, life insurance policy, free clock radio etc etc

You could fit 2700 mp3's on there

Thats the problem with buying into the latest technology: its a fortune when released then cheap as chips soon after, and anyone holding stock is either a fast mover of very dumb... here I fit the latter
