Your favourite actor?

[_VTEC_]

I must say the man of the moment for me is Russell Crowe. Such a dynamic actor that manages to pull off just about any role.

I'm starting to like Christian Bale. Thought he was good in American Psycho and Batman Begins. (Wasn't too bad in Reign of fire either)

Always liked Robbie Coltrane as well. Although he's type cast on occasion.

And Al Pacino?

And although perhaps controversial, I actually think Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt are quite versatile actors

Clint Eastwood

Another vote for Christian Bale - great actor.

Also think the tall bloke from Independence Day and Jurassic Park is good; seems to put plenty of realism into his speech (such as stuttering, "hmmm's" and "errr's"

[andy mac]

John Turturro... he always seems to get in great films, even if his role isn't that large. 'The big Lebowski', 'O' Brother, where art thou' (great film), 'Collatoral damage'. Good wee axtor, who plays characters of all types.

No one best, but some my favourites:

Steve McQueen - Bullit, Le Mans.
Clint Eastwood - All those great Sergio Leone westerns and Harry Callahan.
Robert DeNero - As Travis Bickle, Rupert Pupkin, Max Cady.
Sean Connery - original 007.
Richard Burton.
Poor old Olly Reed.
Russell Crowe - "I am Maximus Decimus Meridius"
Kirk Douglas.
