Flicked Sky News on this morning to catch the headlines over breakfast.
:eek::eek::eek:
What on earth have they done?
The much-heralded revamp is to my eyes a total dog’s dinner. The swirly projected background is very distracting and the extra large captions annoying. The whole format is too bright and too many clashing colours. It makes Fox News look understated.
To add insult to injury they’ve enlisted that twerp Eamonn Holmes.

I gave up in the end and switched to Auntie BBC.

Couldn't agree more, getting rather chavish isn't it?.... auntie Beeb or even god forbid ITV news for me from now on... and thank goodness none of that needless regurgitating of the Sun-worthy "head"lines every two flippin minutes !!!

Also they appear to have moved the GMTV type 'news' over with Holmes. This morning they were discussing Camilla Parker-Horse's fashion and body shape!!!

I think they'll be losing their 'News channel of the year' accolade after x years this time around

From slick to gobsmackingly awful at the flick of a switch

It's nice to see Sky getting some flak for a change.

To be fair, up to now I've found Sky News to be pretty professional - not any more.

I'm actually finding channel 4 news mixed in with BBC just for the other tilt alot better now.

ITV is still a pile o crap, but Bliars Broadcasting Corp is getting a bit hard to stomach now and again too
