Following his crash in the McMerc? Is it still ongoing or has he been let off or what?

Arrogant yes, but he was a world class fighter, shame he sacked his original trainer though, went down hill from there.

Famous around South Yorkshire for driving like an utter dickhead too.

Couldn't stand the tw@. Always used to cheer for his opponent. A certain amount of 'front' and talking oneself up might be part of boxing, but he routinely went way OTT.

Saw him once in Meadowhall, he is about 3 ft tall. Always took him with a pinch of salt but he could box and did make me watch more boxing than I would normally which, surely, is what it's all about

The one sided beating he got of MAB might be to your liking then.

Good to see he had the good grace to turn up late for the police, hopefully will stiffen their resolve to see he gets what is coming.

peter yet one more thing we agree on whats gone wrong

I was stood in Brendons gym in sheffield when he walked in. he'd only had a few profesional fights by then and already he was a cock. I saw his first profesional fight in manfield IIRC very impressive. but still a cock

edited to add amir khan seems a much more sensible bloke without the huge chip on his shoulder.

I think he overtook me on the M25 a couple weeks back. A black, V12 BiTurbo SL65 with the number plate "NAS 2" it was. I assumed it were 'im given his penchant for cars... it was a cracker too.

He may be a prat, but he was one of the best guys to watch. Loved seeing Eubank in the ring too, and Tyson.

For some reason one of my all-time favourite boxers is Holyfield though

Roy Jones Junior was fantastic to watch, unfortunately another braggard though.

Eubank

Eubank and Benn era...fantastic viewing. Will never forget the Benn vs. McClennon (sp?) fight...tragic outcome but what a contest.
