Offers a reduced price for immediate payment.

Insisting on an outside email address for contact implies the account is stolen and the 'seller' can't read email to the specified address.

I mailed the genuine account holder and he confirmed it was bogus. I also e-mailed eBay Trust and Safety last night but I see the ads are still running.

The trouble is that the scammer gets away scot-free; the genuine account holder gets suspended...
