Hi guys, just wandering what fragrences you lot wear(if you do!)?

I'll cut to the chase - i'm doing a project on the marketing of mens fragrences and could do with a bit of a background research on what guys wear - and why! (does your missus buy it for you/do you mates wear it etc) I could do with age aswell just to see if that makes a difference, so if anyone is willing to help me out i could do with something like the below...

Name: Rob
Age: 19
Fragrence: DKNY - Be Delicious
Why?: Discovered it because the girlfriend wears the female version and it smells great, I like the packaging/advert too which might affect it.

Thanks to anyone who's willing to help me out, might be interesting to just see what people wear/think too. :)

Cheers,
Rob.

Doesn't the talc go in to gooey lumps when it mixes with the sweat?

Female aged 31 wears Allure or Diesel-
Why, because that was bought for me, I can never choose these things, I hate them all when I test them in the airports.

Is Be Delicious that apple one?

Oops just re read, I'm not a guy sorry to confuse statistics

I actually would like to request that you fellas don't wear so much. I was out running this summer and I nearly wretched twice because two blokes had bathed in it.

It's not a female only term Emma as you'll see if you look at adverts in magazines, for instance the DKNY advert says "the fragrance for men".

And (mxdi was it?) the DKNY one is the apple shaped thang, although it doesn't smell like apples...

Cheers,
Rob.

Age - 33
Fragrence - Chic by Carolina Herrera
Why? - Used to wear Issey Mayeke until every man and his dog bought it, wanted something new, had a tester in a men's magazine.

Ok

Name - Ian
Age - 27
Fragrance - HUGO & FCUK No1
Why? - Always loved the smell of HUGO been wearing it for quite some time now.
FCUK No1 only because i love the smell of the deodorant so much that i thought i would try the aftershave. Not overly convinced it works as an aftershave though so far.

To answer the question, 36 and because I like them. Probably have a couple of bottles of something that has been given to me over the years, but I can't think of what they are off the top of my head and I've almost certainly thrown them out by now. Current aftershaves are Gucci Envy, Guerlain Vetiver, Kenzo Air, Issey Miyake Blue and Bvlgari Pour Homme, (original). Tend to wear one everyday for a week or so then swap. Force of habit to put on aftershave after I've shaved in the morning.

I've been told I've way too many types of aftershave for a straight guy..

Nice, i've not really considered the multi-fragrence buyer much, maybe it's more common then i thought.

Cheers,
Rob.

Hey Warren, you strike me as a bloke that would splash something on before going out so what do you wear? If you're going to be disruptive you can damn well help out!

Cheers,
Rob.
