I know that this is a motoring forum, but there must be some Indian Restaurant owners on here somewhere.

Where can I buy that lovely mint sauce stuff that comes with Onion Bhajis in the Indian Restaurants.

When I ask in Asda or Tesco, they look at me as if I have two heads.

Please help .

A few teaspoons of mint sauce (the stuff you put on roast lamb) in plain yoghurt is what we use. Add a pinch of Garamasla & salt if you like.

Most supermarkets have a little section of ethnic food tucked away - Tescos certainly do.

Have a look in there - I found some weird and wonderful stuff there which is damn tasty

The red sauce sounds to me like a tamarind chutney...

Is it a bit tangy?
