Ebay/Paypal selling question.

I`ve just started getting rid of some of the kids old toys. We sold a few bits, marking payment details as pay via paypal only.

Checked the paypal account today and it would only let me accept the cash if I upgraded to a premier account. Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

I had to do the same, no charge for it though.

No charge for changing but 3.4%+20p on each transaction! Gues the postage charges will nedd upping a little.
