Bad road design clip :)

Now, how would our government address this problem I wonder?
I think a gatso would be put there or maybe a speed hump in the middle of the corner

Added: Having said that the last driver (in a cavalier i think) should not be on the road, they didn't seem to be able to find the brake pedal even after the crash!

Seen that before. I think (being sensible) the way to stop that is resurface it with that coarse sandpaper type tarmac that you see at certain junctions.
Yup that's one answer, probably the right one.
But why is water lying there in the first place? Do the road gullies need cleaned out?
Or is the road slippery with diesel or something else?
It looks as if the road goes under a bridge, is it a canal that's leaking?
It's not bad design, it looks more like poor maintenance, and you need to look at everything before jumping to a "quick fix".
Agree about the myopic vectra driver though...
