similar to a thread a few weeks ago that is a kind of worm that lives inside you. very common in africa and south america. altho i think it is generally a good idea to get them removed by someone with a medical qualification!

Looks a bit like the Guinea worms that bury into your skin, often the feet, and can travel around your body and break the surface almost anywhere! Not pleasant!!!
