Yes, but you can get it (an "Electronic" one) on line.

Get your travel agent to do you an ETA when you book your ticket. Should be instant approval, lets you stay for up to 3 months, and costs (I think) about a tenner.

Yep, cost me just over a tenner for a 4 week stay. They sometimes throw them in for free if you ask nicely.
