Greenpeace! Following on from their stupid anti Land Rover campaign they pull another silly stunt at the CBI. I think they have totally lost the plot over this one.

The BBC said:

Greenpeace protesters have disrupted a speech used by Tony Blair to launch an energy review which could lead to new nuclear power stations in the UK.
Two protesters climbed up into the roof of the hall where Mr Blair was due to address the Confederation of British Industry conference.

After a 48-minute delay, Mr Blair made his speech in a smaller side-hall.

Another bunch of 2@s that seem to reckon we should all go back to living in caves...as long as they don't have to.

Its their protests (and the resultant lets not rock the boat we might lose votes government attitude) that have led to us being in a mess in the first place. It would be nice if the Greens would put their hands up and admit they were wrong, then feck off and leave the grown ups to run things.

So what exactly does Greenpeace want? They're worried about global warming, so want people to look at alternatives to fossil fuels. Nuclear, the only possible alternative, is put up for discussion and they pull a stunt protesting that too. Do they really think 'wind power' is going to provide our energy needs, ffs? The French had the right idea when they sank Rainbow Warrior.

Ah, you see - you have it all wrong. If you think Blair is bad, wait until Greenpeace have some form of political power! They would willfully double our taxes to invest in alternative or renewable energies.... wind, wave, solar etc - all at our cost! At least Blair is talking about nuclear....(well actually all of the politicians are talking nuclear as the only credible alternative - even if it poses a problem with waste management!)

Lets call Greenpeace activists..that is then a small step to terrorists and deport them. Job done.

I suspect I will see a lot more of them now living near Sizewell.
Now then don't come near me with your stoneage views...back I say...you were warned...

Added: Still if he had his terrorist law they would be jailed now for 3 months.

Greens are among the foulest creatures that walk this earth. They infest the darkest, filtiest places, they glory in creating decay and dispair. They drain peace, hope and happiness out of the air around them. Get too near a green and every good feeling and happy memory will be sucked out of you. If it can a green will babble drivel and lies at you long enough to reduce you to something like itself. Soulless and evil. You will be left with nothing to look forward to except more dispair and negativity. The greens, striving for mediocraty in a city near you. The only defenses are contempt and hate, and I have both in abundance.

One thing they are useful for.....bringing a smile to your face while stamping the scum into the ground...

You might achieve better results by burning them, all the built up grease would make them a great candle.

They're quite irresponsible aren't they? I'm hearing more and more of these stories cropping up. Why don't they just send some nicely balanced e-mails around? They would look more professional and less like a rabble of uncivilized zombies.

Why bother with either, an H&K will do the trick.
