I bought a cheap scanner for my Mac to do faxing, and scanner + printer = photocopier

Same here. I use the Lexmark X1180 -
Yes I have broadband, but the printer/scanner/copier also comes with a phone connector as well as USB.

I would automaticly recommend HP's All in One range, but since they made their sofware so bloated it crucifies all but the most mental of PC's, I'd ensure that you have a decently powerful PC if you choose to install the supplied software.

The HP hardware rocks, their software sucks

Samsung SF-5100.
Got all you need, and no more. Suits me fine. Not sure how much but around £100 I guess.
