Christmas "Silly Season" has officially started, this is when perfectly normal responsible people suffer the christmas drink ,you can see them staggering all over britains town and cities, and waiting in taxi ques "Half dressed".

Its kind of funny because you normally see these people impeccable in their manners and dress ,but for one night of the year their senses go out of the window, mainly at the "firms christmas bash".

....as well as carrying one lady in her mid 30's out of my cab ,complete with wet jeans,i found another lady(again in her 30's) wondering around on an estate the other side of town from where she lives in a confused drunken state, complete with evening dress but no shoes, both these ladies were well to do.

The biscuit was taken by a businessman/commutor,who wanted to go out of town and would direct me to a village i had never heard of,ime sure we went past the same place atleast twice.
In short it metered 70 quid there but interestingly only 36 back, work that one out

Have you kept your shape at the firms Christmas bash or have you gone from a "normal human being" to a drunken slob in one easy lesson, any juicy stories?.

Attended a Christmas bash where one of the nurses from work was dressed as a biscuit. She left, more than a little happy on mulled wine, dressed as a naked nurse .

Slightly O/T, but back in my taxi-ing days, one of the other guys had a fare jump in outside a pub. Half-cut, the guy slurs "Tek us t'the airport!".
So Jeff sets off for Teesside Airport. About half-way there the guy says "Where you f*ing going? This isn't the way to Heathrow..."

Working the nightshift at a supermarket, finished work at 6am one Monday morning, came out of work to a very cold and frosty morning, headed off to the bus station huddled up in my coat and trying my best not to slip on the ice.

As I was a getting on the bus, a guy in trousers and short sleeved shirt (and tinsel on his head) walked/staggered past singing his little heart out.

Comment from bus driver..... is he fkin mental?

Bloke in the office got slaughtered at the office party...Cracked on to another "pub" in the city. Left in the early hours and jumped into a cab. Gave the cabbie his address and fell asleep. Upon arrival at said address the cabbie woke him up........ at an address he hadn't lived at for about 15 years.

Errrr, noooo.... its wasnt.... errrr..... thats nasty....(I think!)

I have done mini-cabbing in the past but dont have any stories though - all very respectible people and even on the christmas doo's there wasnt anything untoward. Shame really, but easy money if you can put up with crap hours sitting in a car for 9 hours a day.

I know. I mean, I get pretty excited being in the same thread as ZR1cliff, but that's just OTT.

Cue the link to the 'Priceless' website showing the girl dancing on a table frame by frame as she realises what she's doing.

That was probably her!

It gets interesting round here, last weekend i was driving down the road with a fare in the back when a christmas tree came from nowhere and hit the side of the cab,i stopped to see what the Fk was going on,and a few empty beer cans came from the direction of a hedge ,i could see a group of blokes standing by the hedge,so i kept going ..further down the road were uprooted plants strewn every where, those responsible were blokes ...not kids as you would expect.

On the way back the police were there but the critters had "made off" ,anyway i diverse, they were scumbags.....the Party victims i find amusing
