So here I am sat by the pc at 1:30 in the morning. I cock an ear to see whats going on outside, and what do I hear?

A harmonica. Somebody is playing some natty little ballad on the harmonica. At 1:30 in the morning. I had a look and can't see him. But I did see three drunken people trying to do some sort of jig to it, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD? Silly season must truly be here. I'm very confused.
