My Dad's thinking of getting this to watch a few football matches that aren't shown on TV, and I wondered if any PHers had any experience of it. I'm a bit sceptical myself, not sure what the quality or legality of it is but might be worth a shot if it's OK. Any thoughts?

The quality of such feeds is often poor. If your Broadband supplier caps your data transfer on a monthly basis, you'll soon run out.

You could do better than that , you could install a satellite card in your pc , link it to a dish and receive foreign channels on your pc provided you have a decent graphic card, no broadband speed probs

If you read the small print (www.satellitetopc.com/uk/contact.php), all this site provides are links to other sites on the 'net that provide the feeds.

Google will yeild the all the information you need without paying a subscription me thinks!
