Damn the season of merriment. Christmas is just an excuse for midweek drinking and curry (NO CHIPS).

God I feel ropey today

Went to a couple of agency parties last night and feel fine. Surprisingly I didn't drink too much, very surprising as I wasn't paying.

You need a dish I was served last week in Northern China. That'll cure you.

Liquidised innards of sea anemone made into an omelette and boiled inside the anemone carcass.

No worries about hagovers after that

It didn't stay down (well it did, but only for about 2 minutes

I ate half a bag of fresh apples one morning for breakfast in Le Mans last year, after a long session getting bladdered the night before with the Sussex lot. It really did make me feel better! So if you're near a MacDonalds it maybe worth popping in for some fruit wedges! (and a double egg and bacon mcmuffin...)

Very mild hangover - stuck to cooking lager (Fosters) last night, it might be a bit a pissy but it's suitable for school nights

Went out for one quiet one

Unfortunately followed by about 12 noisy ones

Got a real "Why do I do this to myself" feeling this morning

On the bright side, the pub opens in a couple of hours

Make sure your last one is a pint of nice cold ice cold H2O. It really does knock hours off the next mornings suffering!
