There was a case locally last week where two lads stole a car, got caught in traffic on a roundabout or something, lost their nerve when Plod approached and legged it - one of them straight onto the M56 where he was splattered across the hard shoulder. Not pretty and I pity the poor sod whose car hit him, but I can't help but think Darwin had a say in things either.
