Ahh, brings back memories.

With a tennis ball, half the goals were scored from goalkicks.

We'd have penalties on everything, including throw ins

The two teams were "Akabuski" and "Swindon"

So out of interest, where were PHers in the pecking order when it came to being picked?

Personally, I was either picking or I was first/second picked....

Happy days!

I was the first big money transfer between the clubs, I joined Akabuski for 10p, it was even featured in the matchday program

I used to thunder round the midfield. I was large for my age, and played for the rugby team, so I tended to be the one doing the pushing or barging! Oooh happy days!
